Step #1: Create a new project.<\/p>\n
Step #2: Drag a vision node<\/a><\/strong> from the left panel.<\/p>\n Step #3: Click the edit icon <\/a>and click plus (+)<\/strong> on the upper right corner of the pop-up window.<\/p>\n Step #4: Input a vision job name and click OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n Step #5: After entering the vision job edit page, click Task Designer <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Step #6: Choose Fixed Point<\/strong> as shown in the figure below.<\/a><\/p>\n Step #7: Choose calibrated workspace. (calibration tutorial can be found here<\/a>.)<\/a><\/p>\n Step #8: Hold the plus button on the robot stick to move the robot to the initial position.<\/a><\/p>\n Step #7: Place a TM Landmark<\/a> on the workspace and make sure the landmark is detectable. Click the icon as shown below.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Step #8: Select Pattern Matching (Shape) <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Step #9: Click Select Pattern<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Step #10: Crop the pattern from the image and click Next<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Step #11: Edit the pattern<\/strong> if the edge detection is not good enough. <\/a><\/p>\n Step #12: Click the return icon and click Yes<\/strong> to update the pattern.<\/a><\/p>\n Step #13: Select a range of finding the pattern and click Next<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n Users may adjust the number of pyramid layers, minimum score, and maximum number of objects. <\/a><\/p>\n Step#14: Add an Anchor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Step #15: The anchor is located at the center of the detected pattern (ie, the landmark).<\/a><\/p>\n Step #16: Click the Save icon and click Save<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n Step #17: Click Yes<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Step #18: Click Yes<\/strong> and quit vision jog edit page.<\/a><\/p>\n Step #19: Click OK<\/strong> and the vision job is created successfully.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Step #1: Create a new project.
