In order to accelerate problem analysis, it is strongly recommended that user collect and provide the such information as following:<\/p>\n
1.LCM video: Recording the whole process of booting up and using M\/A button to switch pages.<\/p>\n
2.Monitor: Taking pictures or recording the screen of monitor once the LCM screen can not be provided because of any reason. (especially BSoD, black screen, green screen or white screen)<\/p>\n
3.IO Module light status: Check the color and flash frequency of the LED light<\/p>\n
4.Stick status: Check whether stick made warning sound<\/p>\n
5.Project and environment:\u00a0 Providing related information such as pictures or videos of surrounding environment, projects, diagrams of I\/O ports and external devices.<\/p>\n
